Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data
Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information for dealing with queries, complaints or claims are:
- Contract – We have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. Our contract with you pertains to an agreement you enter into with us in which you attend acting classes and drama workshops facilitated by us for an agreed upon fee. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.
- Correspondence – We have to collect or use the information so we can communicate with you via telephone (including via mobile phone communication apps associated with your mobile phone number such as WhatsApp, Facebook, etc) or email in order to inform you of our drama classes and workshops including, but not limited to, information such as drama class schedules, drama class venues, drama class content, drama class cancellations. All of your data protection rights may apply.

- We do not collect any of your personal information directly through our website. Our website does not use a contact form to collect your personal information which means that no personal information is transmitted through nor stored on the servers hosting our website. Our website only provides you with our email and telephone contact details for you to contact us directly from your phone and email client.
- Our website provides you with a link to our official Facebook page. If you communicate with us or join, follow, like, subscribe, comment via our Facebook page then Facebook’s terms and conditions and privacy policy applies.
- If you choose to communicate with us via the WhatsApp mobile phone app then WhatsApp’s terms and conditions and privacy policy applies.
How long we keep information
We keep your contact information until such time as you request us to delete it. The majority of our youth students stay with us for many years and progress to our adult classes (19 years old and up).
What we do with your personal information
We do not sell nor share your personal information with any 3rd parties. The information you provide us such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, is only used by us to communicate with you about our drama classes and workshops in the performance of our contract with you to provide our services to you in return for an agreed upon fee.
We do not engage in any form of spam marketing nor do we sell or provide your information to any marketing companies.
